Purpose
Before presenting a supplier to a buyer, NickelBridge reviews documentation to reduce the risk of introducing unlicensed or misrepresented supply.
Documents reviewed
Applicable mining business licence (IUP / IUP-OP) and its validity; evidence of current RKAB approval; certificate of analysis or laboratory results; company profile and authorised representative details.
Regulatory basis
Verification is carried out with reference to current Indonesian mining regulations, which may change. Requirements may be updated accordingly.
Limits of verification
Document review is a screening step, not a legal opinion or a guarantee. Buyers remain responsible for their own due diligence.
Confidentiality
Supplier documents are stored privately, shared only with relevant prospective buyers with the supplier’s agreement, and never published.
